Once your profile is complete, you will walk through the process of setting up MFA for your TRiA user

Setup MFA
You can set up your MFA by receiving a One Time Pass Code (OTPC) via:
text message if you are located in the United States or
authentication app regardless of location.
Hint
Please note, TRiA’s text-based MFA is only supported for US phone numbers for the time being.

TRiA is currently supporting the following auth apps:
Google
Authy
Microsoft
Duo

When your MFA setup has been completed successfully you should see a blue tick that indicates that your setup was successful.
From that point onward a new OTPC will be issued to you via your chosen method on any subsequent login.

Hint
Should you encounter issues, clearing your browser and attempting the process again has proven helpful for some users.
